Ryan MacPherson, VP Operations and Continuous Improvement, joined Innovative Labs in 2019. He is responsible for overseeing all the production facilities and managing quality and process improvement initiatives.
Business objectives and measures meet production realities as Ryan works with the plant managers to balance demand with real-world impact of capacity, supply-chain, and process. As a strategic partner across all departments, Ryan designs and implements strategies and processes that help maintain the company’s unique quality standards while ensuring capacity is always available to meet the growing needs of customers. He also fosters a culture of continuous improvement and establishes methods to deliver real-time feedback and quantifiable metrics to drive best practices.
Prior to joining Innovative Labs, Ryan spent time at Dean Foods and Morton’s Salt, and is an expert in all aspects of food manufacturing processes.
Ryan received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Miami University and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Originally from Cherry Valley IL, he lives in Saratoga Springs, Utah with his wife and five children.
In his free time, he enjoys skiing, swimming, hiking, and 4-wheeling with his family and has a love for the Chicago Cubs.
