The challenge
Our client needed a partner capable of launching a full 16-SKU pet nutrition line within an accelerated 60-day timeline. The project demanded precise coordination with multiple PhDs, adherence to stringent safety protocols, and sourcing from vendors certified as renewable and sustainable.
Our Approach
Before entering full production, our R&D team developed 10–15 pilot samples per SKU, enabling rapid iteration and formula refinement. We created ideal emulsions to ensure even ingredient distribution and extended shelf life, while extensive packaging tests verified proper oxygen flushing and freshness retention.
The project required deep collaboration across formulation, packaging, and quality teams — all delivered through a turnkey manufacturing process under SQF Level 3 and GMP compliance.
