Innovative Labs possessed all of the capabilities necessary to reach the customer’s goals, including SQF Level 3/Food Safety and Quality Program certification, scale, sourcing, labeling, packaging, and production efficiencies. Our compliance team made sure that heavy regulations were meticulously met and all packaging was appropriately labeled. This enabled the logistics team to successfully meet the customer’s accelerated timeframe for delivery, in a complex and evolving regulatory environment.
The Results
In less than three weeks from the receipt of raw materials, we shipped the first order of more than 210k units. Within the first eight months, we produced a total of 1.2 million units, all with extremely low waste. This first-time customer has now become a repeat customer across several new products.
