Ryan Sorensen, Sr Director of IT, joined the Innovative Labs team in 2019.  Ryan has 30+ years of IT experience.  He has system architect level capabilities matched with a great business analyst mind set.  He demonstrates a true passion for helping the Innovative Labs family succeed and follows through by executing well formatted strategies for achieving and exceeding business objectives with a personal development byproduct for those he engages with.  Well formed and easy to use data is another great contribution of his and it comes with a great, easy to understand metaphor.
